GetHuman-351193: I am a new mortgage customer. Have called them * times, and EVERY TIME connected to a call center in India or Asia. They are polite but the very difficult to understand. I now immediately ask to be transferred to a USA call center. I don't want to discuss my personal business with people outside of this country!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CitiMortgage. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CitiMortgage problem?
GetHuman-351193: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-351193: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CitiMortgage's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-351193: For that I would say two out of five.
