~Arun: I had called form overseas to update my new mobile number and activate and get access to my so far unused account. I called them and gave all details requested by them and still kept me on hold for a call totalling around ** min from overseas and when it looked like no end to my waiting, I had to hung up. I then called again for the second time and the same thing happened again!! So despite * calls totalling ** minutes, my matter wasn't still completed! Pathetic service!!
