~LISA DING: I place an order for Clarins Cyber Monday deal. Two days later I got a call from Clarins.com to verify my shipping address. Then I receive no information about my order until * days later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled without giving the reason. Then I called the customer service and I was told that they were not able to process my credit card because the billing address is not correct. But from the email that they send to me, the billing address IS CORRECT. Then the lady said that she can help me to place the order again but without the Cyber Monday deal.**This is RIDICULOUS!!! For ** days after I placed the order, I received no calls and no message from Clarins to say that they cannot process the credit card. Then when the deal ends, they suddenly let me know that there is a problem with my card. I think this is just a trick that they are playing because they don't have enough to offer for Cyber Monday deal. I will never order from Clarins any more because the
