~nothappyatallwclorox: Customer service rep. couldn't get my name and address right for nothing... I had to over and over, so frustrating. When I explained the product's defect on the spray bottles, she said she will only one coupon and other * need to be shopped back to get reimburse. Well, I used to trust clorox product but because of this experience will not buy anymore clorox product.
