GetHuman-350046: I canceled my account several months ago because everytime I placed an order online using my bonus points the printout would show I was charged for just tax and shipping. When I received my order through the mail the invoice was for the full price of the movie, tax and shipping. I sent the movie back and now I have been getting notices that late fees are being added on for none payment. I am not paying for something I never kept. I have already had to get the "Better Business Bureau" involved twice on other matters and it looks like we're headed for number three. Don't even think about calling. I've called two different number and they're always busy. What does think tell you?????**HORRIBLE service!!!!! Stay Away....
