~DollieMay: They have changed their number, but if you call the ***-***-**** the recording tells you what the new number is. I had trouble with TWO movies being shipped out, unauthorized by me, within ** days of each other. I tried e-mail communication, but mostly got automated responses that did not address my problems. I have called * times, each time I am waiting **-** minutes before I get a human being on the phone. Once I have a human on the phone they are very courteous and try to help as much as they can... I have received credit for one movie, even though they told me both movies have been returned to them. This has been ongoing from Nov **, ****, first refund received on **-**-**, still waiting for second refund as of *-**-**. I have emailed several times, with varying degrees of response (some seem like an auto response, some are signed by an actual person and say they will look into my situation) The last email said they had credited my Paypal account, almost a week later and I st
