~johnnyh30X: The rep on the phone was nice, it isn't her fault ComED doesn't have the slightest grasp on buildings and apartment numbers. ** minutes of my life I will never get back. And I have to call back when I get my meter number or something they can use to ID my apartment number. I guess my lease is inaccurate. Worst. Call. Ever.

~johnnyh30X: For that I would say five out of five.
