~johnnyh30X: The rep on the phone was nice, it isn't her fault ComED doesn't have the slightest grasp on buildings and apartment numbers. ** minutes of my life I will never get back. And I have to call back when I get my meter number or something they can use to ID my apartment number. I guess my lease is inaccurate. Worst. Call. Ever.

~johnnyh30X: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~johnnyh30X: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ComEd's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~johnnyh30X: For that I would say five out of five.
