~Pissed off in Colorado: I have been calling on regular basis since October whenI moved * miles down the road. Service so bad that I called in Nov to cancel account. Big promises and free upgrades extended to keep me to stay. Next months bill all these "free" services charged for plus I am being charged for services I don't have. I will be going to the BBB. You are FRAUDS. I have every conversation and transcript documented. You have wasted close to * hours of my time since October. I cant wait to get with new company for internet. With Netflix and hulu you guys are a dying breed. Want to stay in biz - get English speaking people, provide the service you advertise and sign people up for and don't have your reps make promises they cant keep
