GetHuman-patb: TV programming change
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-patb: The H* (history *) channel is now Viceland. This is a terrible station. First of all, there is no history. So far, I see weird and*or *** - trans gender programming. This is not suitable family viewing. I see none of the shows from H* (*****, World War II, ancient astronauts, etc) as was promised. Since the history channel is mostly pawn shows or the like, you have effectively eliminated ALL history from your programming and replaced it with a combination of pawn*****trans-gender programming. I'll be sure to check out the Verizon lineup.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
GetHuman-patb: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-patb: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-patb: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
GetHuman-patb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from GetHuman-patb taken from his Comcast customer service problem that occurred on November 29th, 2017.
