GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Frustrated: So, I recently decided to give Comcast another try after about seven years because I could get a decent price. Suffice it to say I never got past the installation process. The first day, I get a call * hour and ** minutes into the 'guaranteed' window saying their tech was hung up at another job but they could reschedule for that afternoon. I refused, they said they would get another tech. An hour later I called back to find they changed the appointment window anyway. After a half hour on the phone, and talking to about * people, they rescheduled for another day. Again, the tech did not make it in the appointment window, which meant more calls to Comcast. When the tech did show up to the house an hour later, after a brief conversation (in which I did point out they were late), he says he needs to make a phone call. The tech sits in his van for ten minutes on the phone, and then drives off without saying anything further to me. When I called about this, they wanted to reschedule again fo

~Frustrated: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Frustrated: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated: For that I would say one out of five.

~Frustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
