~PISSED OFF: Called ** times and went to location to talk to a manager in Ft Myers and NO MANAGER on duty I find it hard to believe!! Was lied to. Service cut off after I was told not to pay the bill that was wrong. Was told * times a manager in retention was to call me back and NO RETURN CALLS!!!! Going to take my equipment back and sue the **** out of them!!! For not disclosing alot of things to me!

~PISSED OFF: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~PISSED OFF: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~PISSED OFF: For that I would say one out of five.
