~55vwbug: The woman hung up on me which I'm sure everyone who has Comcast has experienced this quality customer service at some point. And naturally, when they hang up on you there is no way to be able to know who the tech is. Actually, it's an easy way for them to handle the problem -- hang up and there's no way the customer can track who the tech is. WHY doesn't Comcast figure out a way to track who is helping (I use this word loosely) the customer? However, that's assuming Comcast cares about their customers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~55vwbug: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~55vwbug: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~55vwbug: For that I would say two out of five.

~55vwbug: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
