~Joe: Since April **** - a year ago - I was told that my premium will go up in May ****. I have called them ten times since, including today March *, and they still cannot tell me what my new rate will be. This is absolutely outrageous.

~Joe: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joe: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Commonwealth Choice's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joe: For that I would say one out of five.

~Joe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Commonwealth Choice to know who you are.
