GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Computershare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DV: The phone touchtone feature does not let me sell all my shares, or was not clear on how to do it. only sold whole number. and I had to speak with a customer service to sell the rest. obviously the trading fee took everything from the percentage share. but my * shares I had was worth $**, and the fees took $** of it. I read a review that was dated in **** saying their fees were reasonable...I dont see it. never again (even though the only reason I was my stock with them was because of my company that I use to work for used them for our payroll deduction purchases.)

~DV: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DV: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Computershare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DV: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Computershare customers?
~DV: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Computershare to know who you are.
