GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Computershare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Philip : To get to speak to a human being is a miracle. All I wanted to do was change currency that dividend cheques were issued in. They can't do it . So I have * cheques that I can't cash without severe penalty to me because they issued in Sterling instead of Euro and won't reissue in Euro or convert to stock. Computershare what a misnomer of a name.

~Philip : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Philip : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Computershare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Philip : For that I would say two out of five.

~Philip : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Computershare to know who you are.
