~BenShe: I went for urgent care and waiting in line behind people getting drug tests for over an hour in pain. Rude, aloof & loud staff. Distant, slow, minimal concern from doctor. Weak! Not worth a penny!

~BenShe: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Concentra's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BenShe: For that I would say three out of five.
