~gator: In for my DOT Medical Card to be renewed, they have refused my DOT card passed on what they call DOT Guidelines. I called DOT, they disagree with Concentra and gave me a number to have them call to correct their misunderstanding of some guidelnes, so far they will not return my call. They have forced me to be out of work for the * weeks and they want me out for another ** days based on symptoms I do not suffer from! Get on the ball Concentra!

~gator: For that I would say one out of five.
