~lrussell12: Spoke to Tim on ******** advided him of problem. He said he would correct. Call to insurance carrier on *** still indicates error not corrected. I tried calling every day since ********. Every call indicates problem due to bad weather and then phone hangs up---bad weather was over a week ago and the phones are still not up and running. Very poor customer service.

~lrussell12: For that I would say two out of five.
