~rsliter: They have constantly lied about what was being done which was nothing. We were given a direct line to call someone named Michelle. She never answered and when we left messages they were never returned. This company should be put out of business.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Conexis. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Conexis problem?
~rsliter: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rsliter: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Conexis's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rsliter: For that I would say five out of five.
