GetHuman-54779: I asked a question about Schedule B "Liner Instructions" (page*) which says to make a list of all payments and withholding, divide by four and the nresulting four installlments will be considered to have been mpaid on each payment due date." I did so. It came to $**** for each payment dues date. Since this is far more than what was due each payment due date ( My payments totalled over $**,*** but my tax obligation cor **** is $*,***. It would appear that I owe no interest if what " Line Instructions" says means any thing. Isn't that true. The telephone operator insists I still have to file **** and for the life of me mI can't figure out how do that even though I have two graduate degrees. I've spent almost six hours trying but the numbers don't ever seem to turn out right. Can anyone help?
