~ex-loyal customer: I was helped at a Solutions Store at the Orchard on Thursday and made arrangements for an installation on Sunday of the same week. In between, I was instructed that the order was cancelled without a third party verification. When I called in to verify, they increased the price $***month from what was quoted and contracted at the store. In addition, it took several calls to verify and address the escalation of the complaint on revising my already quoted and contracted price. I have been a long term customer who has now been abused and mistreated. And all done under the moniker of the Customer Loyalty Program, what a shame...customer loyalty is built on trust and they have lost mine big time.
