~mel: Service tech completely screwed up my system. I called at ** pm to register my dissatisfaction. Was told they would contact me for service. After I explained how messed up my system was the rep advised me to get my own people to do the repair and send Cox the bill. I waited seventeen hours for a call back from Cox and finally gave up. Called my people, then called Cox to advise. Now getting a refusal to pay for charges I will incur. *Good bye COX. Hello DirecTV
