GetHuman-185422: Worst service and Customer service. Everytime I call for a problem, They tell me they cant do anything because their system is down and that I am S.O.L. This has happened * times to me. And I just call now because my picture freezes every * seconds and I get a message saying "due to heavy call volume, we are not accepting calls" WTF. I cant wait to get away from COX.
