~Nicole: I successfully placed an order two weeks ago and they cancelled my order without notification they told me due to my bank issue. I guess it is because my billing address is changed . Then I called trying to re-place the order and have the same complementary samples as my cancelled order ,but the guy is really unwilling to help. He basically said no without checking with any other department. **I am so surprised such a big brand has so bad customer service. And I cannot believe they do not care about customer complaint at all. I am very disappointed with their customer service level. Please recommend some other good brand as alternative choices.
