~switchingtoajitterbug: Most help given since the *th of the month. I have been calling, reqesting to upgrade from $** andriod plan to the $** for more data. First call on *th or so, sure ill do it now (oh error, ill write a ticket and should be upgraded within ** hrs) never happened. Called back, no one even wrote a ticket for my request so they again tried with a Error. But another "ticket" was filled out someone will call me ***** hrs. Nothing kept calling on the **th P*Oed Now! No anwser*person available. All times of the day still no one in technical support. Go online try upgrading *sorry you already have a pending request.* **th of july: call FIVE of my local vegas stores noonish not one anwsered! Went to the main store * days ago, they STILL had a error. Decided to call from my other cricket phone (***, tech support) again no one avaliable. So tried this number BAM right through too a C.S rep, who doesn't know english and called me ma'am. Once again, ERROR! **** near about to give this poor Rep a ear
