~girlindurham: I gave a mixed review in Quality of Service and Quality of Communication because of a couple of things. When I have had to speak to a couple of people, they've either sounded disinterested or didn't speak professionally...that's fine, common in America. The most recent person I spoke to, regarding a complaint, was very respectful, patient and kind. **My complaint is why I give this company a bad score. The drug they ship to me is expensive so when I call to tell you that you need to stop shipment, please stop shipment. I called on Monday to ask to stop shipment because I was changing meds, the person I spoke to said, ok, we'll stop. My gut was nagging me and I didn't listen enough to get their name and a confirmation of cancelation. Come to Friday, very expensive medication shows up. I call, they tell me they have no record of my calling. I remember calling because I was so excited to be getting off of a medication that works, but give me side effects that are a burden. ~girlindurham: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~girlindurham: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CuraScript customers?
~girlindurham: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CuraScript to know who you are.
