~jrespecki: I have never been more disappointed with any T.V. Service as I am with Dish, We have had Dish since August ****, we have had nothing but trouble , loss of signal, box malfunctioning. Overall rotten reception. *This morning ******** again my service not working followed instructions on T.V. Did not work. Called number that was given told it would be three (*) days before I could get a new box delivered, after some discussion I was told the box could be expedited to me , overnight service. Yeah I'm still without T.V. service. We myself and my husband are both so dissatisfied with Dish We will not be renewing our contract. As soon as we can we will be switching T.V. service providers.*I would not recommend getting dish to my worst enemy. Totally unsatisfied , biggest mistake leaving cable to switch to DISH!

~jrespecki: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jrespecki: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jrespecki: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~jrespecki: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
