~bjboughton: This comment is about your website (******* - several unsuccessful attempts thoughout the day to use website to order gift card). I have tried * times today to submit an order for a gift card. Three times I have gotten to the final step of "submit" for the order and every time your server has been "unavailable". This is very aggravating. I've had to reenter the data every time, and now I have to enter all my contact data to submit this comment - even though I have been logged in to your website and you already have my data stored! This is terrible customer service. If your server is down, this message should appear at the BEGINNING of my session after I login to Red Lobster. You are turning off customers this way. I have plenty of options to order gift cards other than Red Lobster! In the end, even your comments part of website did not work and I had to find this gethuman site on the web.**After also trying to submit this via your comment section, I have once again been denied
