~annoyed in NY: I have been attempting to get my customer window treatments re-installed for over * month. They took $***.** to have them re-installed and now no one calls me back, the installer says "I do not have the workorder" even when I confirm the date - no one comes to my home to re-install the window treatments. I am going to the Consumer Protection Office next if I do not hear from an installer and these window treatments are not re-installed immediately
