GetHuman-173160: I spent * phone calls and over an hour on the phone to get a SALESPERSON. When I got the salesperson, she was very helpful. Historically, I have had excellent results with Dell's PRO support (NEVER get their "regular" support! only certain systems are sold with pro support* ask before you buy).... but trying to get in touch with a particular salesperson (which I have to do because I'm a higher ed customer) on YOUR timeframe *e.g., without getting voice mail* .... FORGET IT!
