~Too Frustrated: Horrible experience while trying to leave Rome. The agent was rude and when she found me * pounds.....EIGHT! she charged me *** EUROS or approx $***. My family was flying US Air and when sister came up **pounds over the agent had the area Supervisor waive the penalty. I went back to Delta to see the Supervisor she tried to help but the charge had already gone through. Worse, she never made a note of it so I could receive a refund. the best Delta offered me was a credit on next flight. To put cherry on the cake family paid just over $*** LESS for their flight than I did making my flight cost * $**** versus $**** for theirs. Need I say more as I am also a freq flier!
