~hpydelta: I called Delta twice. First, on their general number. I input my skymiles number and requested they call me back. They estimated wait time was * HOURS. So I found this number hoping it could help. It brings you to the same voicemail. So I go through the whole set-up again and ask them to call me again, however this time the automated voice tells me my number is already in the system. It kicks to me to the next person in line and before I could say skymiles I was talking to a live person!! My advice is to call once and tell them to call you, wait *-** minutes and then call back and I bet you'll get bumped to the front like me

~hpydelta: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hpydelta: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Delta Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hpydelta: For that I would say two out of five.

~hpydelta: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Delta Airlines to know who you are.
