~sasha3: I was seeing an oral surgeon my dentist had referred me to who I'd never seen before so I needed my group number for insurance purposes. I had misplaced my card so I called Dental Dental and asked the woman on the phone if she could find my group number and ID number. She said she couldn't find me by my name so she asked for my group number--??? I explained that the reason I was calling was I didn't have my group or ID number and was hoping she could help me with that. She kept looking and told me that there was no record of me as a covered member through Delta Dental. I was, however, ***% sure I was covered and kept on asking her if there was any other way she could find me. She started getting audibly annoyed with me and told me there was NO record of me and that I was not an insured member. Finally, I asked if she was putting in the apostrophe in my name--she put in the apostrophe (which I included when I spelled my last name for her in the first place) and very grudgingly said, "Oh
