GetHuman-339648: To whom it may concern:**I was in King Soopers, Highlands Ranch, corner of Highlands Ranch Parkway and Colorado when I gave someone who was claiming to be a representative of The Denver Post a check for $**.** for a month of Thursday, Fri, Sat and Sunday papers to be delivered to my home. That was three weeks ago, I thought it would be nice to have a paper delivered again.**This morning I have tried five times to call the call center in SOUTH AMERICA at ***-***-****, their workers have such a thick accent that it is hard to tell if they are Hispanic or Indian...they have no record of my address, phone or anything.**It is no wonder that The Denver Post is dying...your customer service is ridiculous...and you even farm out your call center to another non English speaking country...that struggles with basic phone prompts.**I want a full refund. I intend on speaking to the manager of the King Soopers and launching a full on boycott of your hired losers behind the little wooden podiums th
