~Karin Vegas: Had to call *-***-***-**** to cancel MLB extra innings charges, which were added to my DirecTV bill at $**.** in * monthly installments without my request or consent. Was assisted by some dense-sounding moron named Mindy, who "had to keep me on de phone until she done posting" my cancellation. If I could give DirecTV negative points for customer service, I would. First they charge me for services I never ordered, and then I'm supposed to stay on the line with some brain-dead dork to get it off my bill. I'm so turned off by these idiots, I'm thinking about cancelling my service.

~Karin Vegas: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
