~Barbara MESCHKE: Not happy! You cancelled cbs channel...our favorite and offered to give us a $** credit...this is horrible. Many channels we never watch, but this one always...blue bloods, local football Browns, NCIS, Perception...and on and on...all the shows we love...HOW COULD YOU DO THIS...and then expect us to settle for a $** credit??? And the wait for ** minutes on the phone and never get a rep to complain...good reason to look elsewhere.

~Barbara MESCHKE: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Barbara MESCHKE: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbara MESCHKE: For that I would say two out of five.
