~Loathing Corp America: The Customer Retention Rep was obtuse at best. She assumed multiple times what a CSR from a previous call was trying to do. I kept telling her as clearly as I could what the CSR said but the Retention Rep kept covering up******€*I don't know... maybe they knew each other.**Anyway, she kept blocking me and I asked to talk to her supervisor and was put on hold for * minutes* she came back on the line and was ***% cooperative. But she did insist again she knew exactly what the other rep was saying. I'm guessing they knew each other... maybe even, the same lady.**People are giving me no sense for hope in America.

~Loathing Corp America: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Loathing Corp America: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Loathing Corp America: For that I would say two out of five.
