~coyote spirit: tech was late. Tech was grumpy. Billing was less than honest about end of *st year increases. After ** months, another $**.** increase with a double-talk explanation.Channel selection is terrible, unless you love infomercials and paying extra for a decent movie. Direct could take lesson from Century Link on customer service, but they won't, because they don,t care.
