~jferreira3: The operator was very helpful and understanding to our problem and let me know that our membership was already switched to the Greater Hartford Store as the West Springfield Store is no longer in business. Yeah, I have been trying to contact them for * days now and finally tried directbuy customer service on google. Your number should be listed on all your websites!
