~lunar_fairy: I had to wait only * seconds for somebody to pick up the phone. But the woman (Shayneequa was her name?) was VERY rude to me! She kept interrupting me, and not letting me finish my question. I was not rude at all to her, but she raised her voice a lot. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Direct Loans. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Direct Loans problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lunar_fairy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Direct Loans's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lunar_fairy: For that I would say three out of five.
