GetHuman-187006: i ordered * movies on the **th of Oct and they said i had to wait *-** business days so i waited and never got my DVDs so i went to my account and saw that they weren't on the order history so i called em and they told me that it was never place and that was the *nd time it happend the *st was when i sent the mail in flyer with the fetured title in and the double feture along with * or * other movies i wanted and they told me that someone canceled the order online when only i and my mother know the code to log in and we bolth wanted the movies since we didnt have em yet so i was very disupontaed with them when they said it was canceled so i called them again and they said they would place the order and this was the *nd time i called so i called today and they finnaly got the order correct but im still very dissaponted about the service i got with them and them saying they put the order thru whent it was never done
