GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman42947: My car was parked in the Mikey and friends parking structure on the daisy level where the fire was, I got to the park ** min before the fire. We paid ** for parking but did not get to enjoy the park do to the fire we spent the rest of our time figuring out how to get home because we could not get access to our car. Me and my young daughter * years old could not stay there not knowing how we would get home we kept hearing different times * hour up to * hours so I had to hurry up and make the best choice for us and that was to leave my car over night. I had to spend ** to get home there was no help or solutions from anyone working there and I talked to many employees. One employee even told us to walk to the disney hotel to get answers I was going to it'll a guest who over hear and told the employee why did you tell her to walk she has a small daughter and that is a ** to ** min walk. My phone was going to die and I needed information about what I could do to leave my car there no one could give me an answer what made me feel so uneasy about leaving my car. I had to hurry up and call for a Uber for us ask If I could use a phone and I was told I could by a phone charger at the hotel. I was very upset how this situation was porley handheld.
