~John Price: They do not answer the phone or the emails.*while visiting their website, I ordered something by mistake. I didn't ask for confirmation. So I called them several times to cancel it, but they never pick up the phone. I emailed them and canceled the order, but they charged my credit card and sent me the product. *According to their policy they will not accept any return without their authorization which they never give!
