~albolden: I reserved a car through priceline with a confirmation number on May **, **** approx. **:**pm only to find out the receptionist, (Allyssa)supervisor overruled the receptionist who ask me for identification*credit card at Norfolk Internatiional Airport in Virginia. She stated that they didn't have the car (compact) because it was issured to a government official. I asked if I could get another type of car for the same price and she said "NO." She stated that I could upgrade which would cost me more. I refused and went to Hertz. I sent a written complaint as well as contacted the customer service dept. which hadn't heard from as of now. I was receptive to any accomodations but that wasn't offered to me. A few customers left the line.
