~addzup: Cannot get through to a human. The recorded messages says press * for info on the refrig recall but there is no information. You have to leave a call back number. We live in CA the other option (*) was to find a service center. The automated system gave me a service center in Pennsylvania. That's about *,*** miles away from the broken refrigerator. Why no humans?
