GetHuman-254679: When I finally got a person to respond they hung up on me. I was in the middle of asking questions and they simply hung up. I was not ready to call and wait another hour. I asked them to please accommodate me since errors were made by them in my bill payment but I was told that I had to call back again and wait for somebody to pick up and hope that their system might be working without any technical difficulties or just pay the bill again and hope that it was routed properly this time. When I questioned the customer service behind this response, he hung up. I surely did not appreciate being made a fool of or belittled because I wanted the problem to be fixed on my behalf since the errors were made by company to benefit company and penalize me. Poor customer service and unwilling to rectify a problem they created.
