~samia hayat: very bad experience .....*i usually go to valley stream stroe ******* twice a week by drive through and most of the time they gave me sumthing else than i order . third time i called and made complain . again one day i stopped to get breakfast for the meeting early in the morning . * ppl gave me their orders and * out of them had a different things when we opened in the office . *again i called and i talked to the manager ( not angrily :) .... just told him about the accident ) he apologized . *a week after again i orderd toasted crossoan and they gave me choclate cookie . i parked my car . i went in there and told them to call the manager . i guy came in front and told me that he is a manager and he apologize . i saw his name and i told him u r not the manager . he said oh yes manager is busy with customers u can talk to me . i feel so insulted infront of every one . the manager didnt even care to come and talk . i asked three times for the manager . he was working at the back . i
