~dissatisfied customer: the person that took our call was not helpful at all. we don't have or receive any information on our account. on top of that we forgot our pin number and when we called to inquire about about our pin number and information we got the round around. the person on the other end was not interested in helping us at all. he send us to the closest office in our town to get help.
