~mari-walc: Spoke with Zavier who speaks poor American English. Had to have him repeat many times. Disappointed that I have to have a working new phone number in the house I am moving to just so he can ascertain if my Earthlink will work there. There is a delay with the phone company there of possibly ** working days before I will have the working phone number. Then of all things it will be * to ** working days before Earthlink can be switched over to the new house after I move there. That is verrrry slow in this day and age of hi tech.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Earthlink. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Earthlink problem?
~mari-walc: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mari-walc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Earthlink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mari-walc: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Earthlink customers?
~mari-walc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Earthlink to know who you are.
