GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Earthlink customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~gaaack: Heaven help anyone who tries to CHANGE anything with their residential account. All I did was move down the street. Literally. You would think it was to the far side of the moon the way Earthlink has been acting for the last six months - yes, six months. We have run the gamut from trying to cancel the service to putting me on dial-up (I had DSL), to a much higher priced plan, you name it, and every time having to try and sort it out with absolutely clueless customer "service" reps in India or wherever they are, every one of who always assures me that THIS time they have it fixed. Until the next bill comes ...

~gaaack: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gaaack: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Earthlink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gaaack: For that I would say two out of five.
